As someone who now helps entrepreneurs launch and sustain strategic podcasts, you might think I’ve always had it figured out. Spoiler: I haven’t.
I started Speak, Mother, my own podcast about reclaiming voice and identity inside motherhood, because I had something to say. But I quickly learned that having a message and building a sustainable show are two very different things.
What I HAVE always been good at is seeing the
strategic infrastructure behind the creative work.
I understand SEO optimization, content planning, audience building, and the systems that keep a podcast alive past episode 12. But I also understand what it’s like to be a busy entrepreneur who doesn’t want podcasting to become another thing that drains you.
